Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your order is PROCESSED and is PREPARING to be packaged and shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped. If your tracking number has been marked 'In Transit' or 'Delivered' and you have not physically received your package then you must contact USPS.
There are NO CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS once your order has been placed (exceptions can be made at owners discretion) If your item arrives damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of your item being delivered. We will replace damaged items, not refund.
For International orders, the customer is responsible for any/all customs/duty fees.
